We are The Newhall Book Company.

We believe children’s books should be more than just stories — they should
be fun, exciting, creative adventures that spark imaginations and leave lasting lessons.

Our mission is simple:
To tell exciting tales full of rhythm and rhyme.
To create characters children will never forget.
To share stories that teach, inspire, and delight.

A Note From Our Founder

A lot of my stories are all about courage; facing fears, taking on challenges, and doing the right thing even when it’s hard.

Which is probably why, alongside finishing our first books, I’ve decided to take on a challenge of my own.

On Sunday 26 April 2026 I will be channelling my inner Sir Laurence and attempting to break the Guinness World Record for The Fastest Marathon Dressed as a Knight – and raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital along the way.

Throughout all April 2026, I will also be donating 15% of ALL book sales to GOSH.

Why this challenge?

Well, if there’s one thing The Stubborn Troll would tell you, it’s that some quests are worth attempting even when they appear impossible.

Great Ormond Street Hospital is a cause that is very close to my heart; They do extraordinary work for seriously ill children and their families – work that relies heavily on fundraising and public support.

The importance of bravery is something that features heavily in many of my stories, and I figured to celebrate the launch of The Newhall Book Company I should practice what I preach. With this in mind I’ve set myself a challenge that’s going to be tough, painful, and (according to most sensible people) a bit ridiculous – all in the hope of raising as much money as possible for GOSH.

Want To Support The Quest?

If you’d like to help support my Guinness World Record attempt and raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, you can donate via the link below;

To be completely clear and transparent, all donations go directly to Great Ormond Street Hospital but the books themselves are not charity products… HOWEVER… during April – for the entire month – I will also be donating 15% of ALL BOOK SALES to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Whether you’re here to buy a book, discover our stories, or quietly cheer this challenge on from afar – thank you so much for your support.
