4. Ordering Process

When you place an order:

You add items to your basket
Complete checkout
You’ll receive an order confirmation email
We’ll dispatch your order within the time stated on our Delivery page

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, for example if a product is out of stock or if payment cannot be authorised.

5. Prices, Discounts & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£)
The Newhall Book Company is currently not VAT-registered, so VAT is not charged
Special offers such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Half Price” or bundle prices are applied automatically at checkout
We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout

6. Delivery

Delivery costs and times are shown on our Delivery & Shipping page.
We deliver within the UK and internationally where available.

Books are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return purchases within 30 days of receiving your books.

We will offer a full refund if:

Your book arrives damaged
The wrong item is sent
You simply change your mind within 30 days (item must be unused and in good condition)

To request a return, please email jamesdowsett@thenewhallbookcompany.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your returned item.

All text, illustrations, logos, and designs on this website — including characters such as The Walrusaurus, Grace & The Dragon, Grizzle, and The Stubborn Troll — are protected by copyright.
