UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery: £2.95

Dispatch Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

We deliver to selected countries outside the UK.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Delivery times vary but are typically 7–14 days.

Tracking

Some parcels may include tracking, depending on destination and service used.

Missing / Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days (UK) or 20 days (international), please contact us at hello@thenewhallbookcompany.com and we will investigate.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund:

Books must be in unused, resaleable condition.
You must include your order number.

Email hello@thenewhallbookcompany.com before returning items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, we will:

Replace it free of charge, or offer a full refund.

Just email us a photo and your order number.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged or incorrect: we cover all costs.
If you simply changed your mind: return postage is paid by the customer.
